In these tasks sometimes you’ll watch a video and complete a test about what you learned, at others you’ll just go the park and play.

You’ll take delight in giving water to a street animal and you’ll earn Gold from all tasks.

Each task you complete will provide you with Gold to purchase the things you like. They will also prepare you to be a competent adult.

In the Gamercard app families can give tasks to their children when they see fit.

These tasks are enjoyable games you play with your family. When you complete them, you earn gold, and sometimes praise and appreciation from the family, too.
On the last screen of each task, you receive instructions about what to do. You may need to give correct answers to test questions or take a photo of the result/objective of an activity and upload it. Sometimes a parent will need to verify your completion of a certain task.

Once verification is received, Gold is transferred to your account.
The purpose of a task is to make you more skilled and competent. In that respect each task can be repeated a certain number of times depending on the type of activity involved. These are determined by specialists.

That’s why some tasks can be completed over and over for a month and some can only be done once.
In order to be able to use Gamercard you need to have a Gamercard Debit Card.

In the My Cards section you can view your card and track how much you have left on it.

If you have more than one Gamercard you can transfer funds between them in this section.

You can save Gamercard Gold and spend it to buy several things that are important to you.
There are different ways to earn it:

  • First, you complete tasks given by Gamercard and earn the determined amount.
  • If your family chooses to pay you Gold for the tasks they give, again you earn Gold on completion.
  • You can also ask your parents for Gold.
From Turkcell Stores:
You can reload your card at Turkcell Stores by paying cash. You don’t pay any extra fees. However, reloading your card by using bank cards is subject to transaction fees.

From bank ATMs and PTTmatiks:
Banks with the largest networks in Turkey allow you to easily load funds onto your Gamercard or check your balance at their ATMs. Just insert your card, enter your 4-digit PIN, tap on DEPOSIT, put cash in the deposit slot and complete the transaction.

By EFT from a bank account:
This is done by direct wire transfer to the bank account. You can place the transfer order with the below information:

Gamercard is accepted everywhere. You can use it easily both on the internet and in physical stores.
The only way to do it yourself is to complete tasks successfully.

Other than that, you can ask your parents for Gold. If they approve, they can deposit it for you.
Inside the Gamercard app is a store where you can spend your Gold. You can find a lot of things in this store, including game PINs, gamer accessories and many others.

Many other places outside the app accepts Gamercard Gold, too.
Gamercard app works both on the Gamer and the parent side.

Families enter the amount of allowance they choose to give, also the date on which it will be given.

When the date comes, Gamercard reminds parents that they need to send allowances to their children.

You also have the “Ask for Allowance” button which allows you to ask for money in emergency situations.
You can tap the “Ask for Allowance” button on the main screen in the app and ask an adult in the family to send you money. However, you may do this only once per day.

n order to ask for allowance in the app:

  • Tap the Ask for Allowance button on the main page.
  • Write the amount you ask for and add your note.
  • Your request will be sent to your parent.
  • You can ask for allowance only once per day.
Only the parent (or parental guardian) and other people authorized by him/her can send you your allowance.
You can tap the “Ask for Gold” button on the main screen in the app and ask an adult in the family to send you Gold. However, be careful, you may only do this once per day.

The store is where you can make purchases with your Gold. You have a lot to choose from: Game PINs, gamer accessories, event tickets, clothes and more.

Gamercard Debit Card is a Paycell card. It is eligible for both Turkcell/Paycell offers and Gamercard special offers.

In the Special Offers section, you can find many offers and bargains for you and your family. Don’t forget to check it out frequently.
In the “Glossary of Technological Terms” there are terms and acronyms of the gaming world. In the “Gamer Equipment” section are equipment recommendations for you to play better and more joyfully.

  • Download the app from the App Store.
  • After the installation, tap on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
  • Read and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. State your preferred method of receiving news and special offers, and tap on CONFIRM
  • Select Parent Account. Parent account functions as the main account and requires a phone number. After setting up a Parent Account you can open Gamer Accounts for your children if they don’t have devices of their own.
  • Enter your phone number. You will receive an SMS message.
  • Enter the verification code sent in the SMS message.
  • Select the language you wish to use.
  • Enter your name and surname on the personal information screen.
  • Select your appropriate parental role.
  • Create your password.
With Gamercard, you join the world of children not as an adult dispensing constant advice but as a gaming partner.

With the tasks you give, you prepare your children for the real world.

You can send their allowances via the Gamercard app and track their spending.

The content you access in the “Guide” section allows you to understand children better.

In the “Safe Internet for Children” section you learn about how to monitor and evaluate the software your children use.

A single phone number is enough for registration purposes.

Once you install the app on your device and create your account, you can either install it on your child’s device or your child can use it on your device.

It doesn’t matter whether your child has a phone number, the system and its configuration preferences support scenarios in which children don’t have numbers or devices of their own.
After installing the app, you’ll see the Add Child button on the main screen.

When you tap on it you will be asked whether your child has a phone number.

If your child has a phone number enter it here. A notification will be sent to your child.

When your child accepts your request, the system connects your apps. In this scenario, you enter your child’s details while configuring the app on his or her phone.

If your child doesn’t have a phone, tap on the appropriate button and fill in your child’s details. After you create an account for your child, you child can access the app either from your phone or another smart device with the Gamercard app installed.

  • On the main screen, tap on the big plus sign with New Child written under it.
  • Fill in the form and tap on ADD.
  • On the password creation screen specify the password your child is going to use.
  • Your child will be sent an invitation. Your child will be added to your account once the invitation is accepted.

To remove the child from the app:

  • On the main screen, tap on the “Go to the Family Admin” link
  • Children are listed with red crosses available next to their names. Tap on the cross. A confirmation box will be displayed.
  • After confirmation the child will be removed from the app.
There is no limit to that. You can add as many children as you like.
No. After you create an account for your child from your own phone, your child can access the Gamer mode with a tablet or your phone.
You don’t need to add a card to the app but you need to have a Gamercard Debit Card in order to be able to use the Gamercard Platform.

After adding your Gamercard Debit Card, you can add an extra credit card to deposit money and Gamer Gold onto it.

Your cards are stored with the Turkcell Secure Card service. You can use 3D Secure card authentication protocol if you prefer so.

You can find all related information both in the app and on our website.
On the main Parent Account, you can add both your Gamercard and credit card.

  • On the main screen tap on MANAGE CARDS
  • Your added cards will be listed in the “Cards Stored with Paycell” section.
  • Tap on the ADD NEW CARD button. You will be taken to the “Add Your Card to Paycell” screen.
  • When you enter the details and tap on the ADD CARD button, you will be sent a one-time code. Enter this code in the app and tap on CONFIRM. Your card will be saved.

In order to remove a card from the Gamercard app:

  • On the main screen tap on MANAGE CARDS
  • Your added cards will be listed in the “Cards Stored with Paycell” section.
  • On the top right corner of the screen is the EDIT link. When you tap on it all listed cards will have a DELETE button on them.

  • Scan or manually enter the barcode on the back of your Gamercard.
  • When you tap on the ADD CARD button, you will be sent a one-time code. Enter this code in the app and tap on CONFIRM. Your card will be saved.

Gamercard is designed in collaboration with a group of pedagogy specialists. Gold is designated in this collaboration as the unit for task completion payments.

In other words, Gold is the purchasing power children earn when they complete their tasks.

The goal is to help children learn Financial Literacy when they make purchases with their Gold as if using real money.

Children save their Gold, and create a task schedule according to their needs and spending objectives to figure out how much more they require for whatever purpose they have in mind. Tasks help them to hone these skills.
There are two places Gamercard Gold is used.

For the completion of system tasks (provided by the Gamercard app) all Gold is given by the system. Parents don’t need to be involved.

But there are other tasks that parents can give to their children. For the completion of these tasks, parents can reward their children either by parental praise and appreciation or by Gamercard Gold.

If they choose to reward with Gamercard Gold first they’ll need to obtain it themselves. On the main page, in the section that displays the Total Gold, there is the ADD GOLD button. Tapping on it takes you to the screen where you can buy Gold with your added credit card or Gamercard. In order to buy Gold in the app:

  • Tap on the ADD GOLD button in the Status section on the main screen
  • Enter the amount you wish to buy and tap on CONTINUE.
  • Choose a card to make the payment. After the payment is complete Gold will appear in your account.
Gamercard is accepted everywhere Visa cards are used.
Gamercard Gold is designed to serve as a Purchasing Power for children while being useful to them in their real life. Gold can be used in the Store inside the app and also in the ever-expanding online and offline networks of service providers and product vendors.
Gamercard Store is designed as a center of attraction.

This is where children spend the Gold they earn and save, so all products inside are selected to suit their needs and motivate them further.

They have a lot to choose from: Game PINs, the most popular gamer accessories, books, event tickets and more.

The main screen of the Gamercard app lists the names of children registered with the system.

When you tap on a name, that child’s details are displayed.

You can track both Gold and cash transactions at the bottom of this screen.

Gamercard, being a Paycell product, also gifts mobile internet data.
Tap on your child’s photo on the main screen to display his/her page.

There are two different options to send money to your child.

In the “Allowances” section you can configure the system to run periodically.

Gamercard app reminds you when it is time to send allowance. This way, you set up a regular schedule and help your child to come up with a planning–spending system.

The second option is to send money to your child directly.

This is done both at the “Allowances” section and by tapping on “Deposit Money” button in the “Money” section where you see your child’s current balance.

The easiest method is to send money from your added credit card or a loaded Gamercard.

You can set a regular weekly or monthly allowance.
Only parents or designated guardians are allowed to send allowances.
GAMERCARD tasks are activities and chores that teach children about real-life duties and responsibilities in a gamified way while helping them develop the skills they’ll need in the future. A task is sometimes watching a video and taking a test about its subject matter, other times visiting a place and scanning a QR code there or merely brushing teeth.

The point of the task is to gamify life and involve the child in it.

GAMERCARD tasks are never a direct ad or an instruction to purchase a certain kind of product.

All tasks have a message that helps the child to:

  • Acquire a healthy habit
  • Learn how to manage money
  • Develop a sense of charity and generosity.


GAMERCARD app also allows the parents to develop and assign tasks.

In the Gamercard app parents can assign tasks directly.

This allows them to join in their children’s games and strengthen their communication with them.

On the main screen is the NEW TASK button. This takes you to the screen where you specify the details of the task.

If you access the Task screen directly from the Main Page, this task will be given to all the children registered in the system. If you intend to assign it to just one child state your preferences accordingly.

Another way to give tasks is to tap on your child’s photo on the Main Page and access his or her screen directly. You can specify the details of the task by tapping on the NEW TASK button.

Set whether it’s a one-time or repeatable task, and whether you want to reward your child or not.

You can choose to reward with Gold or to simply Praise your child.

There are different options to assign tasks.

You can choose to repeat a task over a period of time, depending on its content and your purpose. For example, “Tidy Up Your Room” may be a one-time task while “Wash Your Face Each Morning When You Wake Up” can be repeated over the course of the whole week.

Let us always keep in mind that the best way to teach something to our children is to model it ourselves.

To develop a habit outside this precedent requires repeated efforts.

Presenting our children with the opportunity to do this in a gamified fashion will help them develop or acquire habits that they will benefit from throughout their lives.
